Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days domestically, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do MiLi electronics come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electronic devices and accessories include a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and manuals to be eligible for a full refund.
Are MiLi chargers compatible with both iOS and Android devices?
Most of our charging solutions are universal. We offer MFi-certified cables for Apple devices and high-speed USB-C options for Android and other modern electronics.
How can I track my order once it has been shipped?
