Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your MiLi device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
